Steve Perry

Steven comes from a family that enjoys hiking, camping, diving, and trout fishing. His grandparents had some land in WV where he first learned about woodland wildlife, plants, trees, rivers, topography, camping, hunting, fishing, etc. from his grandfather and father. He learned about tending orchards and cultivating gardens there as well. While he claims NC as home now, a large part of his youth was spent overseas in the Philippines. When he wasn't roaming the mountains and rivers of WV and NC he was climbing volcanoes, exploring the world under a tropical ocean, and bushwhacking in the jungle learning how not to die. These types of adventures have instilled in him a deep passion for the natural world and he relishes every chance he gets to observe its beauty and learn more!
